Log into your account or use our guest portal to locate your order and select the specific Honda parts you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the Parts
Place the items securely in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided return shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our central distribution center for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
